We do our best to get to know the client’s organization, identify its weaknesses and the areas of potential value growth, making it possible to execute the transactions on the best possible conditions.

We offer support to out customers by gaining alternative sources of funds, both in the form of equity and debt financing. We cooperate both with specialized investment funds, as well as with a group of private investors.

Investors willing to invest will benefit from our due diligence investigation in financial, legal and fiscal areas. Our aim is to identify risks and to analyse the company to be acquired in order to support your decision-making process.

BUSINESS VALUATIONS

Estimating the value of the company is necessary in the case of mergers and acquisition transactions, capital transformations, making a contribution. We prepare valuations in order to determine the value of a collateral for bond issue.

START-UP FINANCING

We prepare business plans, financial projections, documents for the investors (investment memoranda, teasers). We also support business owners in the negotiations with investors.
