STRATOS MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o. is a consulting company that provides services in the area of capital transactions, obtaining financing and in financial and economic consulting.

Stratos Management was established by people who have gained experience while working for large and well-known consulting firms and in implementation of over 100 projects, including projects consisting in gaining investors, selling companies and due diligence. Members of our team have the experience and competences in financial, legal and fiscal areas. We have gained our experience by working at the largest global consulting companies for many years.

Our goal is to support the owners and the boards of the companies in gaining financing, solving problems with ownership succession, or implementing the strategies of development through engagement of strategic investors. We also handle the projects on the side of the investors (both strategic and capital ones), supporting them in the process of acquisitions or providing comprehensive due diligence services. We also cooperate with a group of individual investors for whom we seek interesting investment opportunities.

Each project is carried out directly by the company’s Partners, but we also benefit from a wide range of collaborators, therefore we are able to handle big merger and acquisition processes in a comprehensive way. The basic principle that we follow at work is to get to know our clients well and to understand their needs. Our clients appreciate high level of our commitment and professionalism in the provision of services.

In addition to transaction services, we provide financial and economic consultancy support. Thanks to the experience gained in several dozens of different industries, we advise on increasing corporate value, preparing company strategies and in current management processes.
